Understanding Your Billing: What to Expect

Updated over 4 months ago

Here’s everything you need to know about how billing works with your subscription — whether you’re just getting started or making changes down the track.

🧾 Billing Schedule

Your subscription is billed in advance, based on the billing cycle set in your agreement:

  • Monthly subscriptions: You’ll be billed each month on the 10th (or next business day) for the upcoming subscription period.

  • Annual subscriptions: You’ll be billed upfront for the full 12-month period

Your invoice will clearly show the subscription period covered and any applicable taxes.

💳 Payment Method

Payments are processed via PayWay, our secure payment gateway. You’ll receive a confirmation email when a payment is successfully processed.

If you ever need to update your payment details, here’s how to do it securely.

🔁 Plan Changes or Upgrades

If you change your subscription (e.g. upgrade your plan or add new users), here's what to expect:

  • You may see two separate charges: one for your existing plan and a second for the pro-rated adjustment

  • Any changes will take effect from your next billing cycle, unless stated otherwise

  • We’ll always confirm the change before processing the charge

📬 Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • We’ll notify you and attempt to process the payment again

  • After two failed attempts, your account may be suspended

  • You can learn more about what to do if a payment fails here

Something Looks Off?

If a charge doesn’t look right or you’ve received multiple deductions:

  • It could be related to a plan change, upgrade, or timing overlap

  • You can read more about that here, or contact us and we’ll take a look

📌 Quick Reminders

  • Invoices are issued in AUD

  • We don’t issue refunds for unused time unless required by law

  • If your subscription includes a minimum term, cancellation policies apply (see: how to cancel)
