Need to change the credit card or payment method we have on file? No problem — here’s how to do it securely.

🔐 How It Works

For your security, we don’t collect or store payment details directly. All payment information is managed through PayWay, our secure payment gateway provider.


Steps to Update Your Payment Details

  1. Email our support team at [email protected]
    Let us know you’d like to update your payment method.

  2. We’ll send you a secure PayWay link
    This link is unique to your account and lets you safely enter new payment information.

  3. Complete the form via PayWay
    You’ll be guided through entering your updated card or bank details.

  4. That’s it. Your new details will take effect from your next scheduled payment.


🔁 Timing

  • If you update your details before your next billing date, they’ll apply to that upcoming payment.

  • If your payment is already processing or overdue, contact us immediately so we can assist.

We will never ask for your card details via email or over the phone. If you receive a request like this, please contact us immediately.
