How to Cancel Your Subscription
We’re sorry to see you go. If you're considering cancelling your subscription, here’s how the process works for both monthly and annual subscriptions.
📌 Minimum Commitment Period
All subscriptions begin with a minimum commitment period (the Initial Term), as outlined in your signed quote.
During this time, you cannot cancel for convenience.
After the Initial Term
Once the Initial Term ends, your subscription will automatically continue on a recurring basis (either monthly or annually, depending on your agreement). You can cancel at any time by giving us at least 30 days’ written notice.
✅ How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
Email [email protected]
Include your company name and your preferred cancellation date
We’ll confirm your cancellation and let you know your final access date and any final invoices
📅 How Access and Billing Work After Cancellation
▶️ For Monthly Subscriptions
Your access continues until the end of the subscription period that follows your 30-day notice.
Example – Monthly:
Your subscription period runs from August 15 to September 14.
You give notice on August 20.
Your 30-day notice ends on September 19, which falls inside the next period (September 15 to October 14).
You’ll be invoiced for the September 15–October 14 period, and your access will end on October 14.
▶️ For Annual Subscriptions (Paid Upfront)
Annual subscriptions work the same way — but on an annual cycle. You can cancel any time after the Initial Term by giving 30 days’ notice, and your access will continue until the end of the already-paid subscription period.
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time on annual subscriptions unless legally required.
Example – Annual:
Your subscription period is January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026, paid upfront.
You give notice on October 15, 2025.
Your 30-day notice ends on November 14, but you’ve already paid through to December 31.
Your access continues until December 31, 2025, and you won’t be billed again.
💬 Other Things to Note
We do not issue partial refunds for unused time unless legally required
If you have outstanding invoices, they’ll need to be paid before cancellation takes effect
Your cancellation request must be submitted in writing (email is fine)
The cancellation process is governed by Clause 16 of our Terms and Conditions
