If your monthly payment doesn’t go through, don’t worry — we’ll reach out to let you know and give you a chance to sort things out. But here’s what to expect if the issue isn’t resolved quickly.
🔁 We’ll Try Again Automatically
If your nominated payment method fails, we’ll:
Notify you by email/phone.
Retry the payment automatically after a short interval.
Try once more if the second attempt fails.
🚨 Access Suspension After Two Failed Attempts
If we still can’t process the payment after two failed attempts, your access to the platform will be suspended.
To restore access, you’ll need to:
Settle the outstanding amount
Update your payment details if necessary (see: How to Update Your Payment Details)
📬 What You Should Do
If you receive a failed payment notice:
Double-check your payment method (e.g. card expiry, bank limits)
Let us know if you need to update your billing info
Reach out to us at [email protected] if you need help or foresee a delay
💬 No Response?
If we don’t hear from you and payment continues to fail, your account may remain suspended until the issue is resolved — but you’ll still be liable for any unpaid amounts under your subscription terms.
