Your needs can change — and we’re here to help you adjust your subscription accordingly. Here's how to upgrade or downgrade your plan, what to expect, and how to get in touch.

🔁 How to Request a Change

You can request a change to your subscription at any time by:

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Upgrades can be actioned at any time and usually take effect from your next billing cycle

  • Downgrades may be subject to restrictions if you're still within your Initial Term — we can't reduce your subscription value until the minimum term ends

  • No free trials are available, but we do offer live product demos on request

If you're using LeadManager Lite and considering moving to Core, we've made it easy:

  • Click any “Upgrade to Core” or “See More” CTA in the platform

  • You’ll be prompted to request a callback from our Core sales team

  • One of our specialists will be in touch to walk you through the features and help you decide what’s right for your business


📆 When Will Changes Take Effect?

  • Upgrades typically commence immediately upon receipt of payment.

  • Downgrades commence from your next scheduled billing date.

  • We’ll confirm the start date, new access level, and updated billing details before making any changes.
