How do I get an invoice for my LeadManager Lite subscription?

We don’t currently issue invoices automatically after each payment. If you need an invoice for your records, just reach out and we’ll send it to you. You can also request a statement of account at any time.

You can request an invoice or statement of account (SOA) by:

  • Chat: Use the in-platform support chat to message our team

  • Email: Send a request to [email protected]

Please include:

  • Your account name or registered email address

  • The billing period or payment date you need the invoice for

We’ll process your request and email the invoice to you as soon as possible.

Tip: If you regularly need invoices, let us know so we can ensure they’re sent to you after each payment in future.
