How to Reallocate a User License

Need to give access to someone new in your team? We can help — here’s how to reassign an existing license.

👤 Who Can Request This?

Only the Decision Maker on your account can request a user change.
This ensures license management stays secure and intentional.


🔁 Requirements for Reallocation

  • The new user must be from the same company

  • They must use a company-issued email address (e.g. no Gmail or personal emails)

  • You’ll need to provide the following details for the new user:

    • Full name

    • Work email address

    • Mobile number

    • Job title or role


📩 How to Request a User Change

Please message via the in-app chat or email [email protected] from the Decision Maker’s registered email address and include:

“We’d like to reassign one of our licenses. Please grant access to:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Mobile number

  • Position / title”

Once we receive the request, we’ll:

  • Verify it comes from the Decision Maker

  • Remove the previous user’s access

  • Grant access to the new user and confirm once it's done


📎 Need to Reassign Both Licenses?

If you’re updating access for more than one team member, just send a list in the same format. We’ll process them as a batch.
