How to Deactivate a User

If someone in your team no longer needs access, we can deactivate their account for you. Just keep in mind that deactivating a user doesn’t automatically reduce your subscription or billing.

🔐 Who Can Request Deactivation?

Only the Decision Maker on your account can request a user be deactivated.


📩 How to Request a Deactivation

To deactivate a user, email us at [email protected] with:

  • The user’s full name

  • Their email address

  • A short note confirming you want the user removed from access

We’ll confirm once the deactivation has been completed.


⚠️ Important Billing Notes

  • Deactivating a user does not cancel your subscription or reduce your billing.

  • Your billing will continue at the current rate unless you explicitly request a reduction after the minimum term has ended.

  • If you’re still within your Initial Term, your subscription value is fixed — you can reassign the license to someone else, but you can’t reduce the total value or number of licenses during this period.
