I had access to this project but I can't see it anymore — why?

Updated over 4 months ago

If a project you previously viewed has disappeared or become greyed out, don’t worry — it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:

📁 It’s archived

You might have accidentally archived the project.

To check:

  1. Click your initials in the top-right corner

  2. Go to Settings > Archived Projects

  3. If it’s there, click the Restore icon to bring it back

📆 It’s over 12 months old

LeadManager Lite gives you access to projects updated within the last 365 days.
If a project hasn’t been updated by our research team in over a year, it will appear greyed out in your project tracker and won’t be clickable.

If that project is updated again in future, it will become live again — and if you’re tracking it, you’ll be notified by email.

🔄 The project stage changed

Lite only includes projects in the following stages:

  • Tender Called

  • Tender Closed

  • Main Contract Awarded

  • Construction

If the project moved back to an earlier stage like Concept or Design & Documentation, it will no longer be available in your Lite plan.

🔍 Your filters are hiding it

Sometimes search filters can accidentally exclude the project.

Try this:

  • Remove any saved filters or keywords

  • Set all filters to “Any”

  • Re-run your search

This can help resurface projects that may still be active but were hidden by tight filters.

A note on missing contractor info

Projects do not disappear just because a Tender Office or Main Contractor hasn't been added yet. However, they may not appear by default if your filters are only showing projects with those roles assigned.
