LeadManager Lite shows you projects that are in the later stages of the pipeline — from tender to construction.
In Lite, you’ll see (and can filter by) these stages:
Tender Called – From the Expression of Interest (EOI) through to the tender deadline.
Tender Closed – After the tender deadline but before the project is awarded. This period may involve shortlisting, clarifications, or further negotiations.
Contract Awarded – The project has been awarded.
Also includes non-tender projects where a construction certificate or building consent has already been approved.
Construction – Work has started on site.
Abandoned/Deferred – Projects that have been cancelled or put on hold.
Earlier project stages — from initial concept, through design documentation, engineering, architectural work, and approvals — are not included in Lite.
