How do I see projects from my customers?

Updated over 4 months ago

If you're trying to find projects involving a specific customer (like a builder or contractor you work with), there are limited options in Lite — but here's what you can do:

🔎 Use filters to narrow down likely matches

While you can’t search by company name in Lite’s project search, you can use a combination of filters (like location, project type, sector, and stage) to surface projects that your customers may be working on — especially if they focus on specific regions or types of construction.

🏢 Browse companies in the Firm Directory

The Firm Directory (building icon in the sidebar) lets you look up basic details about specific companies. You'll see:

  • Contact details

  • Roles they’ve held on tenders/projects over the past year, and how many projects they've been involved in over that time

However, this doesn’t currently link directly to all projects that a firm is involved in — it’s more of a snapshot than a full history.

Want to track your customer network more deeply?

If seeing all the projects a company is working on, getting notified when they win work, or building your own network view is essential to your workflow — that’s exactly what our LeadManager Core platform is designed for.

With Core, you can:

  • Use our powerful Company Search, combined with project filters

  • Track builders and see all their active and past projects

  • Set alerts when your key contacts are appointed

  • Map out relationships between builders, subcontractors, and consultants

📩 Contact us here or via the chat if you'd like to explore whether LeadManager Core might be a better fit for your business needs.
