If you’re having trouble locating a specific project in LeadManager Lite, try the following steps:
🔍 1. Check your filters
Expand all filters to make sure nothing is unintentionally restricting your results.
Remove or simplify any keywords
Try searching by project name, location, or client instead
🚫 2. Check for exclusions
Projects may not appear in Lite if:
No Tender Office is currently listed
No tendering or awarded Main Contractor has been identified yet
🏗️ 3. The project may be at an earlier stage
Lite only includes projects that have progressed to the tender, award or Construction stage. If the project is still in Concept or Design & Documentation, it won’t appear in Lite yet.
Our research team reviews and updates project statuses regularly. The project will become visible once it’s confirmed to be at tender, or, where the builder is appointed by negotiation, once the Construction Certificate has been approved / Building Consent has been granted.
