Tender documents are typically shared directly by the Builder, and they’re the only reliable source for the full and final version.
If we were to share tender docs — and even one attachment was missing, for example due to copyright — you’d be pricing from an incomplete set. That could be the very detail that:
Affects your margin
Invalidates your proposal
Or causes you to lose the job
We’re not here to get in the way of your win.
🏗️ The tender process happens off-platform
Hubexo and LeadManager Lite are not parties to the transaction — we connect you with the right opportunities, but the actual exchange of documents, questions, and pricing happens directly between you and the Builder.
🚫 Inaccurate pricing = lost trust
