How to Look Up a Company

Step 1: Access the Directory

  • Click on the Firm Directory (building icon) in the left-hand toolbar.


Step 2: Apply Search Filters

Refine your search by clicking on the Filters button in the top-left corner. Search by:

  • Keyword(s)

    • By running a keyword search (e.g. the name of the company), the results will filter to Main Contractors for convenience.

  • Location

  • Company Role


Step 3: Review the Results

Each company card displays key information, including:

  • Roles held on LeadManager projects over the last year

  • Company address, email, phone number and website

  • Number of tracked projects in the system

  • Number of assigned contacts


Step 4: Sort Your Search Results

When filters are applied, the search results view defaults to companies with active projects updated in the last 365 days. You can change the sort order.

Click the Sort By icon (three bars in the top-left corner), and choose between Relevance to keyword or Alphabetical Order.
