How to Track a Project

Updated over 4 months ago

Where Can I Add Projects to My Tracker?

From the Project Details Page

Once you've qualified a project, you can add it to your Project Tracker using the following tags:

  • Click the star icon to mark a project as Interested

  • Click the dollar sign to mark it as Quoted

  • Click the trophy to mark it as Won

  • Click the thumbs down to mark it as Lost

From the Search Results Page

You can also tag projects directly from the Search Results page. Under Action, on the left-hand side of the page, click on the star, the dollar sign, the trophy or the thumbs down icons to update the status of a project in your tracker.

Manage Projects with the Project Tracker

Access the Project Tracker (three-bar icon) via the pinned toolbar on the left-hand side of the page.

What You Can Do:

  • View projects by deal stage: Interested, Quoted, Won, or Lost

  • Search your Project Tracker using the search bar in the top-right-hand corner. Use keywords to locate specific projects.

  • Click the Sort By icon in the top left to change the view to:

    • Date added to folder (default)

    • Last updated

Update Status via Drag & Drop

  • Move a project into a different bucket (e.g. Won, Lost) by clicking and dragging.

More Project Options

Click the three dots next to a project to:

  • Remove the project from your Tracker, meaning it won’t appear in your tracked list anymore.

  • Archive the project, hiding the project entirely, including from future search results.

    • You can restore archived projects from Settings (top-right corner) > Archived Projects.

Use the Dashboard to Stay on Top of Deals

Your Dashboard offers quick access and reminders to help you manage your pipeline.

Key Features:

  • Time to Follow Up?: You'll be prompted to follow up on Quoted projects after a couple of weeks.

  • Time to Act?: View Interested projects that have recently been updated on the platform.

  • Suggested Leads for You: Discover new projects based on your Tracker and saved searches.

If you’re no longer actively pursuing a project, use Hide to remove it from your Dashboard without affecting your Tracker.
